Be a Vendor at The Ocala Sport Horse Sale

Reserve a vendor booth for the Ocala Sport Horse Sale.The event runs Tuesday October 28th through Thursday the 30th. The fee for a vendor booth is $50/day without electricity and $65/day with electricity. When you add the booth to your cart please select how many days ($50/day) and then add electricity from the drop down menu for how many days you would like it available. Or you can skip adding electricity. As a vendor you will also be featured on our website and on our social pages.

Check in for setting up your booth is opens on Monday the 27th at 5.p.m. Check out time is Thursday the 30th by 5 p.m. If you are only reserving the booth for one or two days please let us know in the Notes (comment) section in the checkout cart which day(s) you will be set up.

As a vendor you will need to have liability insurance policy in place. For non food/non machinery operation vendors you will need a policy that is active for the dates of the sale as follows:

  • General Liability insurance coverage for not less than one million dollars.
  • A description of the covered operations
  • The date(s) of the event
  • Florida Agriculture Center & Horse Park Authority must be an additional insured on the policy and the certificate.
  • Insurance policies need to be sent in to Ocala Sport Horse Sale by October 15th.

Refund Policy: Refunds available up to five days before the event. After October 23rd all sales are final. You are welcome to resell your vendor booth spot if you are for any reason unable to use it.
