Consign Your Horse to the Sale

The Ocala Sport Horse Sale October 28th-30th 2025

Located at the Florida Horse Park

Consign your horse or pony to the sale. This purchase is for one entry into our sport horse sale and includes one stall for October 28th, 29th, 30th. (Check in time is available starting Monday October 27th at 4 p.m). Your stall will include two bags of shavings. There will be more available on site to purchase or you are welcome to bring in your own.You can use the stall the 29th (preview day) and the 30th (sale day) if you do not want to attend all three days.

Once you consign your horse (or pony) they will be featured on our website and all our social pages. We will be in touch with you within 24 hours of your consigning your entry to the sale to get photos and videos

Please use the Notes (comment) section during checkout to let us know the name of your entry so we can cross reference it with the entry form. Please make sure you have filled out the form either before or after purchase. https://ocalasporthorsesale.com/seller

Purchase includes two tickets per entry to our owner/trainer dinner party which will be held Tuesday or Wednesday night.

If you would like to enter multiple horses or ponies in the sale add that many spots to the bag so you can check out all at once.

The FHP requires a negative coggins for each entry that is within the year of October 27th 2024-October 27th, 2025.

*Consignment Fee. Ocala Sport Horse Sale takes a 5% commission of the top of every sale. You are welcome to set a reserve price on your entry if you do not want to take lower than a certain amount.

Refund Policy: There are no refunds on consignment spots purchased because there are limited spots available and we have to pre pay to book the facility and stalls. Therefore, all sales are final. If you can not attend the event after you have made your purchase we will try to help you resell your spot. You are also welcome to list and resell it. The new entry must contact us and let us know they are replacing your entry NO LATER than October 24th, 2025.

Liability Form: A liability release form will be sent to you by e mail within 48 hours of consigning your entry. Each owner/trainer/agent for the horse (pony) must sign the form.
